On the top floor of our home, there is an independent area dedicated to welcoming Guests who wish to stay at our farm. We have two small family suites available: the first - called “Al Bosco di Sotto” - features two double bedrooms and a twin room with a private bathroom, accommodating up to six Guests; the second - “Le Pizzorne” - consists of two double bedrooms and a private bathroom, accommodating up to four Guests.

The breakfast menu includes, depending on seasonality: a hot drink, fresh juice, or fruit juice, homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit from the farm, with the possibility to arrange additional sweet or savory dishes (farm eggs, local cheeses, or cured meats). We are available to prepare specific menus for food intolerances or allergies.

Booking and Payment Conditions

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. In case of arrival outside these hours, please contact us to better organize and ensure a smooth welcome. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We are committed to making your stay pleasant and relaxing, taking care of every detail from your arrival to your departure.

Booking Procedure

The booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total amount, payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to receive the bank details and finalize the booking. Our cancellation policy is flexible: you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged for the booked room.

Payment

We accept various payment methods to make your stay easier: cash, Satispay, PayPal, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Please inform us in advance of your preferred method so we can ensure a smooth experience.

Tourist Tax

According to local regulations, a tourist tax of €2.50 per guest is applied for a maximum of 3 nights. For invoices over €77.47, an additional €2.00 revenue stamp is required. Some categories of guests may be exempt from the tax: for more information on exemptions, please contact us.

Dog Hospitality

Your four-legged friends are welcome! We accept dogs upon request, depending on room availability and logistics. Please contact us in advance to inform us of your dog's presence so we can best prepare the accommodation. Our goal is to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable also for your furry companions, ensuring them a warm welcome in a suitable environment.
