The care of the centuries-old olive grove that surrounds us and the production of extra virgin olive oil represent one of our main activities.

The harvest is carried out by hand, and the olives are selected and stored in suitable containers while awaiting timely pressing at an external mill using cold extraction, along with bottling and labeling.

The quality of the soil and its location, which enjoys wide 360-degree exposure, ensure optimal conditions for our olive trees, allowing the production of an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality and great delicacy.

From the care of the bees comes our certified organic honey, which follows the seasonal blossoms of the area and its surroundings, such as acacia, cherry, linden, chestnut, and the various other fruit tree and field blooms.

The privilege of being able to follow the life of these extraordinary creatures makes us even more aware of their uniqueness and their precious role in the life of the environment.
